Has your SuperUser or Manager run out of Credits or User Space?

1. Under Dashboard in the dark column on the left if you are on the Reseller account should see Manage Credits and Manage User Cap. Click on which you need to add or remove.

If the Manager is directly under your account then you can add credits and user space. If they are under a SuperUser in your account the SuperUser will need to add User Space and Credits.

​2. Click edit along the row of the user you wish to add or remove User Space/Credits.

​3. Type in to Add or Remove box and then click Save. Available to Distribute is the amount available for your account to distribute.
