*Important*
You can only download certificates if your e-learning manager has enabled
'Learner Certificate Access' from their manager account. Otherwise, you won't have access to certificate downloads.
If you do have access to certificates, you can follow the below instructions to download them.
First, you need to click the 'View Certificates' button in the menu.
On the 'Certificate Section' you can use the search filters to find certificates.
Change the 'Course Status' to PASSED
(Or to find certificates for courses completed over 11 months ago, search HISTORIC)
Change the 'From Date' to expand the date range
(Ideally, use the 1st of the month you joined us)
Click 'Search'
Click 'View Certificate' to open a PDF copy OR use the tick boxes to select multiple certificates, then click 'Download Certificates' in the green box.
This will download a .zip file containing the selected certificates.
To unzip the folder, right-click it and select 'Extract All...' to choose where to save the certificates.
