Alongside the E-Learning we also run Webinars from 9am - 5:30pm on weekdays.

Most webinars are 2 hours long but we occasionally have 3 hour webinars.

See on the left "Book Webinars"

You can search using the pages or change show 10 entries to 100 to scroll through them

We will book the Fire Marshal 3 hour webinar, click "Enrol User" along the same row of the chosen webinar

We will book the "Example User" , click "Enrol" and the it will state "Enrolled" once you have booked

To check who you have enrolled please go to "User Report" then "Webinar Report"

Learners will be able to sign in and go to "Webinar" tab under their dashboard and click "Start Webinar" at the start time, any earlier they will be in a waiting room and if they are more than 10 minutes late the trainer may not allow them access.

If they come across any issues please ask them to ensure they are using Chrome or Firefox browser and to allow camera and microphone for the webinar, if still no luck please use the live chat.
