On your software, there is a tab that contains all automated emails that are sent to your members and yourself, such as their contract, class reminder, cancelled class, etc. All of these emails have already a pre-established text that you can modify at all times if you desire.
Where do I find these automated emails?
It's important to not delete the message completely, by leaving the email template blank. The emails whether they have a message or not, are sent out to your members and your self. We are currently working on developing more email templates and being able to either activate or deactivate the emails you wish to send to your members.
How do we edit an automated email?
It is also very important to not remove the "tags" because it is with the "tags" that the system can insert the necessary information for the email. Example: the name of the membership purchased, the name of the member, etc.
