In your Payment List if your transaction is in error it will not be retried automatically, you need to click the action button ( ... ) to the right to retry.

Transactions by credit card or bank debit fall into error for several reasons:

  • Lack of funds in member’s bank account
  • The information entered is incorrect
  • The bank blocked the transaction
  • Expired credit card

Ensure with the member that everything is compliant before trying the transaction again so as not to be loaded a second time for the fee.
