As soon as you're verified, you can deposit to your account with a bank transfer. You’ll get a unique reference to include in your payment details. This, and the account details to pay your deposit to, are found on the 'Top up' page.
To top up your account from any NZ bank account, sign in to your Internet banking and set up the payee using the details found in the app:
Payee: (don't worry if the full name doesn't fit in this field - just add what you can)
Account number: xx-xxxx-xxxxxxx-xx
Enter your reference: you'll find this on your deposit page in the app.
Be sure to place your reference in the field "To appear on other parties statement".
Tip: Deposits made between 12pm (midday) and 12am (midnight) will get processed by 10:30am the following morning and any deposits made between 12am and 12pm will typically be made by 2:00pm (so processed same day if before midday).
