If you have a complaint or a problem, please contact us in the first instance for resolution through our internal dispute resolution process by contacting us on hello@flintwealth.com If we are unable to resolve your complaint through our internal dispute resolution process, you may wish to refer your complaint to the dispute resolution scheme operated by the Insurance and Financial Service Ombudsman (IFSO). The IFSO scheme is a free and independent dispute resolution service available to consumers that may help investigate or resolve complaints if they are not resolved through our internal complaints process.
