We find that a lot of the bugs that are raised can be fixed with a few simple steps:
When signed into the app, refresh your browser window.
Perform a hard refresh, by holding down the SHIFT key and clicking the refresh button in your browser.
If you access the app from a bookmark, or from your home screen, we recommend deleting this bookmark and reloading the app from the website.
Try clearing your browsing history and cache. Find how to do this on your browser here.
Testing the site on a new browser, or device, and seeing if the issue carries across.
Or alternatively, try logging into the the app "incognito".
