Possible work arounds and how to report them

We find that a lot of the bugs that are raised can be fixed with a few simple steps:

  • When signed into the app, refresh your browser window.

  • Perform a hard refresh, by holding down the SHIFT key and clicking the refresh button in your browser.

  • If you access the app from a bookmark, or from your home screen, we recommend deleting this bookmark and reloading the app from the website.

  • Try clearing your browsing history and cache. Find how to do this on your browser here.

  • Testing the site on a new browser, or device, and seeing if the issue carries across.

  • Or alternatively, try logging into the the app "incognito".
