This could be caused by the following issues:

  • You're logged into a different account
  • You need to refresh your purchase
  • Your internet access is weak or your device is offline

To troubleshoot, try the following:

  1. Swipe Flipd closed from running apps
  2. With a good internet connection, reopen Flipd
  3. Login to the same account on which the purchase was made
  4. Open Flipd > Settings > Restore Past Purchases
