Your subscription may not be accessible for the following reasons:

  • You're logged into a different account
  • You need to restore your purchase
  • Your internet access is weak or your device is offline
  • Your purchase was made off-app and is not being recognized

To troubleshoot, try the following:

  1. Swipe Flipd closed from running apps
  2. With a good internet connection, reopen Flipd
  3. Log out & log back into to the same account on which the purchase was made
  4. Open Flipd > Profile Settings > Restore Past Purchases
