Here are some reasons why your premium account may not be working:

  • Your purchase needs to be restored
  • You don't have the latest version of Flipd installed 
  • You're not logged into the account on which you made a purchase
  • You don't have an internet connection 
  • The code you're trying to join is incorrect
  • Something went wrong with your payment

Try any of the following steps to resolve:

  • Open Flipd > Account Settings > Restore Purchases, then try to join the class again
  • Swipe Flipd closed from running apps, then reopen it and try again
  • Update Flipd to the latest available version on the App Store and try again
  • If updating is unsuccessful, uninstall Flipd + reinstall the current app store version and try again
  • If you have two accounts, login to the first account you created and try again
  • Connect to a good wifi network (NOT mobile data only) and re-attempt to join the class
  • Double check that you're attempting to join the correct class code
  • Double check that your payment method in your iTunes account is up to date and valid. Visit Apple Support here for more details.
