Enhance Your Flipd Experience With Apple Health

A great way to enjoy Flipd is connecting Flipd to your Apple Health App and tracking Mindful Minutes. This means that the time you spend Flipd Off will be added to your daily Mindful Minutes tracker — which works with other apps you might use for meditation or other mindful activities.

When you connect Flipd to your Apple Health app, you will be able to see your stats across multiple devices (eg. Apple Watch and iPad) and keep all of your Mindful Minutes in one place.

How to Connect Flipd to Apple Health

*Only compatible with Apple 10 or higher

  1. Open Flipd > Settings
  2. Tap Track Mindful Minutes
  3. Open Apple Health app > tap Sources > tap Flipd
  4. Tap to Allow Flipd to write/read data
