Not unlike tracking calories, you should consider tracking your time spent Flipd Off. Thankfully, there's an easy way to do this across multiple platforms.
Here’s how to do it:
- Open Flipd > Settings
- Select Track Mindful Minutes
- Open Apple Health App > Sources > Flipd
- Toggle both options to On
Open your Health app and you can see your mindful minutes per day or per session. This is a great tool to track all of your mindful and healthy activities in one place — for example, if you use a meditation app or other health tracker it will all appear here.
