Not unlike tracking steps or sleep, you should consider tracking your Flipd minutes in your Apple Health app too.

Here’s how to do it: 

  1. Open Flipd > Profile Settings
  2. Select Sync with Apple Health
  3. Open Apple Health App > Sources > Flipd
  4. Toggle both options to ON

Open your Apple Health app and you can see your mindful minutes per day or per session. This is a great tool to track all of your mindful and healthy activities in one place — for example, if you use a meditation app or other health tracker it will all appear here.
