If you purchased a subscription online or used a coupon code, here's how to manage your subscription.

If you purchased a Flipd or Focus Lock subscription through our website, with a coupon, or otherwise did not subscribe through the App Store or Google Play, you will need to manage your subscription with the Flipd team directly.

1. Upcoming subscription renewal

If your subscription is set to renew and you would like to cancel or make changes to your active subscription, use the chat bubble on this page or contact info@flipdapp.co with your account details and email address. 

2. Refunds for online subscription purchases

If you wish to receive a refund for a subscription renewal or transaction, use the chat bubble on this page or contact info@flipdapp.co with your account details, email address, reason for the refund request. 

3. Subscription not working

If your subscription is not being recognized in your account, use the chat bubble on this page or contact info@flipdapp.co with your account details and email address.
