To troubleshoot, please try the following:

  1. Swipe Flipd closed from running apps
  2. Reopen Flipd and open Settings
  3. Tap Restore Past Purchases
  4. Go to the class search and type your 5-digit class code again
  5. Tap to join the class

If the above steps don't work, check the following

  • *Update Flipd to the latest available version and try again.*
  • If updating is unsuccessful, uninstall Flipd, and then reinstall the current app store version and try again.
  • Connect to a good WiFi network (NOT mobile data only) and re-attempt to join the class.
  • Check that you are attempting to join the correct class code.
  • Check that your payment method in your iTunes account is up to date and valid. Visit Apple Support here for more details.
  • Use this alternative method to make your class purchase.
