Please review the following to troubleshoot:

  1. Login will not work if you have entered your email address on one device and have followed the login link from another.
  2. The login link will not work if opened from a laptop browser instead of your tablet or phone.
  3. You must click the login link sent to the most recent email address entered into your Flipd Login.
  4. The login link expires after 30 minutes; after which time it will no longer work.
  5. Our email may have landed in a spam folder or was blocked by your email client so you cannot receiving the login link.

Please resolve any of the above issues and login with your email again. If you continue having trouble, or you are not receiving our emails, we recommend logging in through the Productivity portal via Facebook or Google alternatively.
