Logging into Flipd won't work if...

  1. You entered an invalid email address. If you notice an error when entering your email address, login through Unplug by selecting Facebook or Google login instead. 
  2. You entered your email address on one device and followed the login link from another. Follow the login link from the same device you entered it into.
  3. You opened the login link from a laptop instead of your tablet or phone. The login link is meant to be opened on a smartphone only.
  4. You tapped on an previous login link sent to your email. You must tap the most recent login link sent to the email address entered into the login.
  5. The login link has expired. All login links expire after 30 minutes — simply enter your email address again.
  6. Our email landed in a spam folder or was blocked by your email client. If you're not receiving our emails, login through Unplug by selecting Facebook or Google login instead. 

Resolve any of the above issues and login with your email again. If you continue having trouble, we recommend logging in through the UNPLUG portal via Facebook or Google instead.
