Setting up your kiosk so you can accept orders in-store without tying up a staff member is a breeze.
Requirements:
Flipdish portal access: Owner
Step 1:
Turn on your kiosk, or download and launch the Kiosk app
(You should see a screen similar to the one below)
Step 2:
Go to the Flipdish portal at https://portal.flipdish.com/
Select the "Sales Channels" on the left of the screen.
A sub-menu will drop down.
Select "Kiosks".
Select “Devices”.
Select "Kiosks".
Select "Add Kiosk" in the Top right corner.
Step 3:
Name your Kiosk.
Select the store you would like it to be associated to.
Enter the pin that is currently displaying on the Kiosk Screen.
Click "Add Kiosk".
And that's it, your kiosk and store are connected.
