Please note that a subscription is between a user and the store (Apple App Store or Google Play store depending on your device). Flippd is not able to cancel a subscription or initiate a refund. The user must initiate a cancellation on their device.
iPhone or iPad
1. Open the Settings App:
• Tap the Settings app on your home screen.
2. Go to Your Apple ID:
• Tap your name at the top of the screen.
3. Access Subscriptions:
• Select Subscriptions from the menu.
4. Select the Subscription to Cancel:
• Find the subscription you want to cancel in the list and tap it.
5. Cancel the Subscription:
• Tap Cancel Subscription.
• Confirm the cancellation when prompted.
Mac
1. Open the App Store:
• Launch the App Store on your Mac.
2. View Your Account:
• Click on your profile icon or your name in the bottom-left corner.
• Select Account Settings.
3. Manage Subscriptions:
• Scroll to the Subscriptions section and click Manage.
4. Select the Subscription:
• Locate the subscription and click Edit.
5. Cancel the Subscription:
• Click Cancel Subscription and confirm.
Canceling Subscriptions on Android Devices
Google Play Store
1. Open the Google Play Store App:
• Tap the Play Store icon on your home screen or app drawer.
2. Access Your Account:
• Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.
3. Go to Subscriptions:
• Select Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions.
4. Select the Subscription to Cancel:
• Find the subscription you want to cancel in the list and tap it.
5. Cancel the Subscription:
• Tap Cancel Subscription.
• Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm.
Important Notes
• Renewal Period: Canceling a subscription stops future charges, but you can continue to use the service until the end of the current billing cycle.
• Refunds: Canceling a subscription does not guarantee a refund. Contact Apple or Google Play support for refund policies.
