Viewing Storage Locations

The Storage screen offers two view modes:

  • List View -- Traditional list showing location name, color, and item count

  • Crate Grid View -- Visual grid showing locations as color-coded crates with item counts

Toggle between views using the list/grid icon at the top of the screen. Each location shows a count of how many items are stored there.

Assigning Items to Locations

When adding or editing an item, select a Storage Location from the dropdown. Tap any location to see all items stored there.

QR Codes for Storage

Print QR codes and attach them to shelves, bins, or containers:

  1. Open a storage location

  2. Tap the QR code icon

  3. Print and attach to the physical location

Scan the QR code anytime to instantly see all items stored there.

Good to Know
