To customize label templates, go to Tools > Labels and adjust the default label format, fields, and layout for your printing needs.
Step-by-Step
Go to Tools (tap the gear icon in the top right)
Tap Labels
Tap the icon in the top right to choose an existing layout or create your own
Configure your default template:
Label size -- Choose from standard sizes (4x6, 2x1, price tags, jewelry tags, custom)
Fields to include -- Toggle title, price, QR code, SKU, barcode, category
Layout options -- Adjust spacing and alignment
Creating Custom Templates
You can save multiple label templates for different use cases:
Shipping labels (4x6) with title, QR code, and SKU
Price tags with title and price only
Inventory labels (2x1) with QR code and stock number
Jewelry tags with minimal info
Printing Labels
You can select one or more inventory items and print labels for them. It will track what you printed already and what you haven't
Good to Know
Label templates sync to your account and are available on all devices
Changes to templates don't affect previously printed labels
Test print a single label before running a batch to check alignment
The label editor in the app gives you a live preview of your template
