This glossary covers all the key terms you'll see in the Flippd app, from inventory statuses to financial metrics.
Inventory Statuses
Unlisted -- An item you've acquired but haven't listed for sale yet. This is the default status when you add a new item.
Listed -- An item that's been posted for sale on one or more selling platforms.
Sold -- An item that has been sold. Flippd calculates your profit automatically when you record a sale.
Death Pile -- Unlisted items that have been sitting for 90 or more days without being listed. A signal that inventory needs attention.
Scratch Pile -- Items you bought to flip but ended up recycling, trashing, donating, or writing off. Tracked separately so they don't skew your profit metrics.
Recently Deleted -- Items you've deleted that can still be recovered within a limited time.
