How do I add and manage multiple photos for an item?

Written by Shane Jordan

You can add several photos to an inventory item -- different angles, tags, flaws, and detail shots. Add them when creating or editing an item, then swipe through, reorder, or change the cover photo on the item detail screen.

Step-by-Step

  1. Open an item, or tap + to add a new one

  2. Tap the camera icon to add a photo (take one or choose from your library)

  3. Tap it again to add more -- you can add up to 8 photos per item

  4. On the item detail screen, swipe left and right on the main image to move through the gallery

  5. Use the thumbnail strip below the photo to jump to any shot

Reordering and Setting the Cover Photo

The cover photo is the first image and the one shown in your inventory list, reports, and shares.

  • Drag thumbnails in the strip to reorder them

  • Tap a photo and choose Set as cover to make it the main image

  • Tap a photo and choose Delete to remove it

Good to Know

  • The cover photo is what appears everywhere your item is shown -- list view, sale records, and shared flips -- so put your best shot first

  • More photos help when you're listing across platforms, documenting condition, or proving an item's flaws before sale

  • Photos sync to your account, so they're available on all your devices

  • Items you added before this feature keep their single photo and work exactly as before -- you can add more anytime

  • Reordering or changing the cover never affects an item's profit, status, or other details
