If you have multiple companies added to your Float dashboard you can now see an overall cash position for selected companies, or for the group as a whole.

To start, simply click on the ‘Consolidation’ tab from your main company dashboard and then the ‘Create consolidation’ button.

The first step is to choose which companies to include and give the consolidation a name.

The final step is to choose which currency should be used for the display. This will convert any companies of a different currency, so the overall cash flow will be shown in the same currency.

Once created you will land on the main consolidation page, showing the graph and table. The name of each company will be shown on the left, and the net cash movement will be shown for the relevant sections used. E.g Income, costs, Projects and People costs.

The projects being brought in for each company will be the same as those that are included in the individual company cash flow. Any project that is excluded from the individual cash flow will not be brought into the consolidated cash flow.

The graph at the top will show the cumulative cash position of all the included companies

If you need to see the individual balances for each company simply slide the toggle at the top of the page.

To access the cash flow for a particular company, simply click into the company name on the left and you will be taken directly to the individual cash flow.
