How do I cancel my Float subscription and delete my account or data?

Canceling your subscription or managing your data in Float is a straightforward process. Follow the steps below to terminate your subscription, and optionally, remove your personal data permanently.

Steps to Cancel Your Subscription

  1. Log in to Your Float Account: Use your existing account credentials.

  2. Access the Settings: Once logged in, navigate to the top-right corner to find the 'Settings' option and click on it.

  3. Open Billing Details: In the Settings menu, locate and select 'Billing details.'

  4. Cancel the Subscription: At the bottom of the Billing details page, you’ll find the option labeled 'Cancel my subscription.' Click on it to terminate your subscription.

Optional: Delete Your Account and Data Permanently

If you wish to delete all your account information and data:

  • After selecting 'Cancel my subscription,' you’ll be presented with the option to delete all your stored data permanently. You can choose this option to ensure complete removal of your data.

Key Notes

  • The cancellation process is irreversible, meaning once canceled, your subscription and data cannot be retrieved.

  • If the data deletion option isn’t visible, contact Float’s customer support for further assistance.

Once the subscription is cancelled your company data will be automatically deleted after 3 months.
