At times we may need to access your account if there is something that needs fixed, or if you have a query that requires further investigation. You can allow and disallow support login whenever you want using the steps below:

Select 'Settings'

Followed by 'Personal Settings'

Here you will find an option to 'enable support login', just tick the box and save the changes

Similarly, to disable support login simply untick the box and save the changes
