The option to import manual journals into the cash flow is initially turned off, but can be enabled under the Company Settings menu (this option isn't currently available for FreeAgent users).

Once enabled, simply return to the cash flow and sync Float with your accounting platform and the manual journals will be imported across into the cash flow table. These can be viewed by clicking into the relevant cash flow cell in the same way as a transaction, invoice etc.
