Looking to make a scenario into the Base? Budgets can be moved between all scenarios, including Base. This can be done quickly by clicking on the 3 dots beside the budget name, as shown here
If moving a scenario budget to the Base, there is another option. When accessing an account row, you will see arrows against each budget, allowing movement between Base and the scenario being viewed.
