If you have already created a Scenario layer, there is the option to duplicate this layer when creating a new budget scenario.

To get started, simply click on the scenario dropdown, which is above the main cash flow graph, followed by 'Add scenario layer', which will generate the following popover,

From the drop down box at the bottom, you will be able to choose to start a brand new layer, or select an existing layer to duplicate.

Now that you've set up the new scenario you can add in scenario layer budgets.
