You can easily move budgets that you have created in a Scenario to the Base scenario and your forecast will update accordingly.
You can also move budgets from the Base back into a Scenario, or between Scenarios
When you are in the Scenario simply click on the 3 dots next to the budget that you would like to move
This will bring up a popup and another dropdown will show you a list of scenarios that you can move the budget to.
