The List view displays a day-by-day list of all incoming and outgoing budgets, paid transactions, and future invoices and bills over a set timeframe.
The List View button can be accessed on both the monthly and weekly cash flows
and switches between the table view of the cash flow and the list view.
You can set your date range to include both past and future dates:
For more information, click into any upcoming or past transaction. Expected dates can be updated for future transactions - whether it’s a budget, invoice or bill.
If you’d prefer to only look at what’s already been invoiced and exclude your budgets, you can filter out your budgets here:
When you keep your budgets included, you may see rows for 'Remaining budget' amounts.
These are budget amounts that have not yet been fully filled up by an invoice, bill or bank transaction. For instance, if I had a £10,000 Computer Equipment budget, and £4,000 has already been billed, the list view would show £6000 under “Remaining budget for - Computer Equipment".
The List view provides a convenient way to review a detailed breakdown of both upcoming and past transactions, making it easy to identify peaks or dips in your cash flow.
