If you need to start over with a blank slate on Float, resetting your cash flow is a quick and easy process. Resetting your cash flow will remove all budgets, groupings, and projects from your account, effectively reverting it back as if you’ve logged in for the first time.

If you would like to reset your cash flow all you need to do is reach out to our support team by email (support@floatapp.com) or by using the chat box located at the bottom right of the page when you're logged in. Let us know that you want to reset your cash flow and provide us with your Float account information like your company name and login email address.

Our support team will then verify your identity and confirm that you want to reset your cash flow.

Please note that resetting your cash flow will remove all of your data and settings, so ensure this is what you want to do before proceeding as we can’t revert the process.

Once we've received your confirmation, our team will reset your cash flow and you will then have a blank account to start from scratch.

If you have any questions about resetting your cash flow, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team for assistance.
