If you need to change your phone number to log in, first try verifying via email. You can do so by tapping on the "Email" option at the top of the Verify Identity screen. This is the fastest, easiest way to log in.
Once there, head to your profile settings at the top right to update your phone number.
If email verification is not possible, please submit a support ticket or contact us via the app with the following information:
1) Your first and last name
2) The email address associated with your FloatMe account
3) The current phone number on your FloatMe account
And finally:
4) Your new phone number
Please note, the phone number you provide needs to be the phone number of the mobile device you are using to access FloatMe, otherwise you may not be able to log in.
