How do I filter the Transaction Dashboard?
The Transactions Dashboard allows you to filter by date, transaction type, and the number of rows displayed per page.
What is the 'Date' filter?
The Date filter allows you to filter by a specific time period, including:
Current Year - All transactions or drives from the current year
Past Year - All transactions or drives from the past year
Custom Range - All transactions or drives from the custom timeframe that you set
What is the 'Type' filter?
The Type filter allows you to filter by the various transaction types, including:
All - All transactions or drives except the ones that have been deleted
Untagged - All untagged transactions or drives
Business - All transactions or drives that have been tagged as Business
Personal - All transactions or drives that have been tagged as Personal
Archived - All transactions or drives that have been deleted
Refunds - Transactions that have been tracked as an Expense Refund or Income Refund
Assets - All transactions that have been tagged to an asset account
Equity - All transactions that have been tagged to an equity account
Liabilities - All transactions that have been tagged to a liability account
Other Expenses - All transactions that have been tagged to another expenses account
Bank Transfers - All transactions that are bank transfers (i.e. transfer between two accounts, credit card payment, etc)
Tax Payments - All transactions that are tagged as tax payments
Payroll - All transactions related to the payroll integration
Other Income - All transactions that have been tagged to another income account
Invoice Payments - All deposits associated with an invoice
Bill Payments - All transactions tagged as bill payments
Suspense - All transactions that have been tagged to the suspense account
What is the 'Rows' filter?
The Rows filter allows you to set how many rows of transactions are displayed per page. You can select from default values between 10 and 250.
