Getting There
From the left-side navigation on your dashboard, click Tasks.
Sending a Reminder
Click on the task you want to send a reminder for to highlight it.
Click the gear icon to the right of the highlighted task.
Select your preferred reminder type — Email or SMS — for either the customer or salesperson.
