Ensure the contractor has an account set up in Floorzap.
Navigate to Settings.
Proceed to Contractor Sub.
Click on Add New.
After setting up the contractor, go to the Gear Icon and select Send Confirmation Email. This triggers an email to the contractor, allowing them to set up a password for accessing their job details.
Once the contractor sets up their password, return to the Gear Icon and select Send SMS App Access Link or Send Email App Access Link.
