Multiple schools have successfully uploaded large interview programs and synced them with employer Flo Recruit client accounts. We're continuing to make more efficiency updates to ensure Flo Recruit is up tomorrow.
Flo Recruit is operational. We've uploaded large spreadsheets with no problems. Syncs can be made one time (the first time the school syncs) but updates to the schedule made from the school side will not be updated on the firm side yet.
Update is performing. Please resume editing and uploading new events. Syncing is still not operational.
The update mentioned in the 3:56pm CT update has been released and we are monitoring improvements to performance.
We are currently releasing another update to make uploading and editing events more efficient. The update process can take 30 minutes. If this update performs as we expect, 50X errors should stop occurring on the platform.
We are continuing to see intermittent 50X errors (502, 503, 504) for limited users. These errors seem to be happening sporadically on the platform. We are now confident that these errors are occurring as a result of users editing events AND uploading events. Please refrain from uploading new events and editing your events at this time. As soon as we have a concrete update on timeline, we will post it on this page.
We are continuing to see intermittent 50X errors (502, 503, 504) for limited users. These errors seem to be happening sporadically on the platform. We are confident that these errors are occurring as a result of users editing events. Please refrain from editing your events at this time if possible.
We are seeing some 504, 502 errors in isolation that may result in users being unable to edit their events. Please refrain from editing your events at this time if possible. Other parts of Flo Recruit remain operational.
Systems continue to be operational and users are entering video chat rooms. Syncing schedules and candidates between schools and firms is not operational. We are looking at the full scope of the syncing problem now before reporting to clients. Interviews should be able to be conducted with no problems.
We are seeing that systems are back up again. We are cautiously optimistic, but will refrain from announcing that we are in the clear until we are stable for an additional 65 minutes. That being said, we are seeing users enter their video chat rooms successfully.
We are seeing 502 errors return to the system so we are not yet in the clear.
We released the second solution to florecruit.com. Flo Recruit systems seem to be up and running again, but we are closely monitoring before officially announcing we are clear.
We are testing the second solution before releasing it to florecruit.com. We hope to have the second solution out within the next 30 minutes. After it is released, we hope to see operations return to normal.
We are continuing to work on the solution mentioned in the post from 11:35am CT. The timeline has not yet changed on releasing that solution. Flo Recruit is still down.
504 and 503 errors are returning with the temporary solution we released. We are working on a second solution to get the system back up and running. The second solution will take another 60 minutes. Please share this link with other stakeholders as the fastest way to get updates on our progress.
We are seeing 504 errors still on Flo Recruit and are working to resolve them as quickly as possible. Our update has been released but problems are persisting.
Flo Recruit is up and running. We have temporarily disabled syncing data from school accounts to firm accounts. We are now working on a more permanent solution to ensure that all systems are operational. Interviewees and interviewers should be able to access their video chat rooms now.
We're releasing an update now that we hope will solve issues. While the update is propagating across Flo Recruit accounts now, we are still seeing 503 and 504 errors. We're continuing to work as quickly as possible to get Flo Recruit operational.
We are making progress on the solution. Our estimated time to a resolution has remained the same at 2-3 hours from 10:13am. We are working as quickly as possible.
We believe to have found the root cause of the issue that has taken down Flo Recruit. We are working on releasing an update to solve the problem. We expect that update to be released in 2-3 hours. We know this time is very long and we're doing everything we can to shorten it.
We're working as quickly as possible to fix significant performance problems in Flo Recruit that have been happening since 8:15am CT on January 11th. We released an update around 8:45am CT with the intention of solving the problem. This did not repair the issues, and we have all hands on deck working to solve the problem now. We will update this article at least every 30 mins with our progress.
