How to update your bank details on Florence

Once your registration is complete, you can change your bank details any time. Here's what you need to do:

1. Log into your Florence account and select 'My profile'.
2. Go to 'Edit my profile' and under 'Personal details' select 'Financial information'.
3. Press ‘edit.’
4. From here you can update and save your bank details.

Please note: If you update your bank details close to or after the payroll processing day (Wednesday), your payment may still go to your old account. Changes need to be made in advance (ideally at least 7 days days) of payroll to ensure your updated details take effect. If changes are not made in time, your pay for the current week will go into your original bank account.

If you ever receive an email notifying you of a change to your bank details and you have not made this change yourself, please contact us immediately on hello@florence.co.uk. This could indicate suspicious activity, and we’ll help secure your account.
