To download your certificates, simply follow the steps below:

Log into your Florence Academy account and click onto the ‘My Profile’ tab 

Next to each course will be a button that says "Details". Click here to access the certificate.

Click "Download certificate"

If you have not yet paid for a certificate you will need to purchase this before you can proceed to download the certificate.
