Direct invites are a fantastic way to help ensure your shift can be filled and fast! You can send direct invites to both your favourite nurses/support workers and those recommended to you.

Favorites will be those that you have worked with before, whereas recommended individuals are our suggestions as they will be a close match for your shift.

When posting a shift, you will have the option to send a direct invite through one of two methods. The first is ‘send invitations for me’. This option will automatically invite your favourites, followed by recommended workers.

There is also the option to ‘manually send invitations’. This will leave the choice to you of who you would like to invite. If the shift has already been posted, when on the page of the shift there will be the ‘direct invite’ button in the top right corner of the page. Select this and you will then be able to send invites to both your favourites (available on the date of the shift) and those recommended to you.

Once an invite has been accepted, you will receive an email to notify you of this and the shift will then appear under ‘Booked Shifts’.
