Bought an Instant Pack but can't open it? Here's what to check first.
Step 1: Go to your Instant Packs page
Packs can only be opened from your Instant Packs page — not from your order confirmation or purchase history.
If your pack is there, click it to open and reveal your cards.
Step 2: Try these quick fixes first
If you can see your pack but it won't open, or if it's not showing up at all, try the following:
Log out and log back in, then return to your Instant Packs page
Hard refresh the page (on most browsers: Ctrl+Shift+R on PC, Cmd+Shift+R on Mac)
Try a different browser (Chrome or Safari tend to work best)
Check that your purchase went through — go to your order history or check your email for a receipt. If you don't see a confirmation, the purchase may not have completed.
Step 3: My pack isn't showing up at all
If you received a purchase confirmation but the pack isn't appearing on your Instant Packs page, this is most likely a sync issue or a known bug. Your pack and your money are safe — the pack just may not have linked to your account correctly yet.
Contact our support team and we'll get it sorted. When you reach out, please include:
Your username or account email
Your order number (found in your purchase confirmation email)
A screenshot of your Instant Packs page and your order history if possible
Step 4: Still stuck?
If none of the above works, our team will manually investigate your order. In confirmed bug cases where the pack can't be resolved, we'll make it right.
