If your payment was declined on Drip Shop Live, there are a few possible reasons. Here's how to figure out what happened and what to do next.
Common reasons a payment is declined
Insufficient funds — your card or account didn't have enough to cover the purchase
Card issuer block — your bank flagged or blocked the transaction; contact your bank directly
Incorrect card details — double-check your card number, expiry date, and billing address in your account settings
Daily spending limit reached — Drip has a daily spending limit in place to protect buyers. If you've hit this limit, your payment will be declined until the limit resets or is reviewed
What to do if you hit the daily spending limit
If you believe your payment was declined because of a daily spending limit, our support team can review your account. To request a limit review, contact us and have the following ready:
A valid government-issued photo ID
The card you're using for purchases on Drip
Our team will review your information and follow up as quickly as possible.
Still having trouble?
If none of the above applies or you're still seeing payment errors after trying a different card, reach out to support and include your username, the item you were trying to purchase, and any error message you received.
