Chat with us using Intercom to get any of your questions answered directly.
Our customer success team will happily respond to any of your queries relating to our product during Monday through Friday from 10AM to 6PM JST (excluding any local holidays).  

We will respond ASAP to any messages received outside of our working hours, but will most likely answer them the following business day.
