How to check if you have received a direct message from our support team.  

1.Click on the icon located on the bottom right  (as shown in the picture below) 

2.You will see your conversations displayed the picture below (we have boxed it so it is easy for you to see).  Any new messages received should have a red dot on the left.  Click on the icon or message to see the whole text.  

3.You will able to see the whole message as shown below. Feel free to let us know of any questions, comments, concerns!
