Flowpage's Contact collection form will give you the option to add a link out on your page to collect the following CRM information to be collected in your dashboard or through one of our integrations.

You can access the Contact collection form by going to create or edit a Flowpage > Explore Links > Contact Collection.

The following elements are also available to add to a Flowpage:

  • Form Title

  • Form Description

  • Information type

    • Name

    • Email

    • Phone Number

    • Age

    • Gender

    • Custom input fields - a free text field for a question of your choosing

  • Custom Terms and Conditions

  • Custom Success Message - what an end-user sees upon submitting their information

  • Add Image - image to display above the contact collection form on your Flowpage

Third-party integrations

Automatically store responses in your third-party CRM provider with Flowcode's integration capabilities. Create workflows to collect leads, nurture customers, and more!

We currently have the following integrations available:

The following information can be passed through each integration:

  • Flowpage (all collected data)

  • Zapier (Name, Email, Phone Number, Address, Age, Gender, Custom)

  • Mailchimp (Name, Email, Phone Number, Address, Age, Gender, Custom)

  • Klaviyo (Name, Email, Phone Number)

  • HubSpot (Name, Email, Phone Number, Address, Custom)

    • *If a Custom Field is set to “company” or “website” then it will feed that information to the “company” or “website” fields.
      Note: “company” and “website” are case sensitive.*

  • Salesforce (Select Name as a field and make sure it is a required field

Mailchimp

This integration is available for Pro and above.

For all your CRM info to flow straight into your Mailchimp account, you need to connect it via the Mailchimp API.

  1. Log in to Mailchimp.

  2. Navigate to the API keys screen, by clicking on your username in the top right corner and select 'account'. Then click Extras and select API Keys.

  3. Now scroll down and press Create a Key.

  4. Copy the newly generated Key, and paste it into the API field below the Mailchimp integration option on your Contact Collection form. That's all for this part!

  5. Select the list you would like your new email signups to go into, from the drop-down list that appears.

Note: make sure you have the Email field selected in your Mail Chimp list.

Zapier

This integration is available for Pro+ and above.

  1. Sign up for a Zapier account here.

  2. Once logged in, click Make a Zap.

  3. Search and select Webhooks by Zapier.

  4. Choose the option Catch Hook and hit continue.

  5. Copy the Zap URL.

  6. Head to your Flowpage.

  7. In the Content tab, navigate to Contact Collection widget.

  8. Scroll down to Select where you’d like your responses stored.

  9. Click the checkbox next to the Zapier option.

  10. Paste the URL in Custom Webhook URL.

  11. Head back to Zapier and hit continue.

  12. Hit Test Trigger, if it is unsuccessful repeat Steps 5 through 10.

  13. Choose an App & Event you want to automate.

  • Send new leads a personal message using Gmail

  • Add a subscriber to Campaign Monitor, Klaviyo, or Mailchimp

  • Update your Google Sheets

  • Send updates to your Slack

  • Send Twilio SMS messages

Klaviyo

The Klaviyo integration for the Flowpage Contact Collection widget allows for CRM data collected to be sent directly to a List in Klaviyo.

This integration is available for Growth and Enterprise.

The integration exists at a 1:1 level with Contact Collection widgets, meaning that CRM data collected from multiple Contact Collection widgets can either be sent to a single List (using the same Klaviyo API key) or multiple Lists (using multiple Klaviyo API keys).

  1. Sign in to you Klaviyo account here.

  2. Once logged in, click the account dropdown in the upper right.

  3. Select Account in the dropdown.

  4. Click Settings > API Keys.

  5. Under the Private API Keys section, click Create API Key.

  6. (Optional) Add a label for the new API Key.

  7. Copy the API Key.

  8. Head to your Flowpage.

  9. In the Content tab, navigate to Contact Collection widget.

  10. Scroll down to Select where you’d like your responses stored.

  11. Click the checkbox next to the Klaviyo option.

  12. Paste the URL in Klaviyo API Key input field.

  13. Save the changes to your Contact Collection widget.

  14. A new list titled Flowpage title of contact collection widget will be created in Klaviyo and the contacts collected will flow through there.
