To create a custom code request, please submit through our custom code request forms:
Turnaround times:
All circle and square custom codes take 2-3 business days.
For additional code shapes, please allow 3-5 business days.
Once you have requested a custom code design and reached design approval, the code template will live in your account so you can have unlimited access.
You can use these finished templates for all future codes and even apply to previously created codes.
How to use your custom design
1. After logging into your Flowcode account, click the green + Create > Flowcode and follow the code creation flow.
2. When you reach the design section labeled I want to design my Flowcode with: and select A design I have saved. This is where your saved custom templates will live.
3. Select from your Custom Assigned Templates.
4. Once you have selected the design, continue to work through the code creation flow and then click Create and download to finish creating your code.
