Sharing codes in the platform

When codes are shared with your account, you will see them appear in your account library.

  • If you are an Admin or a Member, codes can be shared in your account with editing or view only permissions.

  • If you are a View Only user, codes can only be shared in your account with a view only permission.

    • These codes will be visible in your account but will be labeled with a yellow view only tag when you click into the view overview page. You will not be able to edit anything about the code but you will be able to view the codes data/analytics.

You can share a code with other members of your Team by clicking on the code you'd like to share. Navigate to the Settings tab > Manage access. Enter the emails of those you'd like to share it with, choose their permissions (Editor or Viewer), and click Save.

You can also tell what permission you have listed under the Permissions column in your code dashboard.

Sharing pages in the platform

You can share a page with other members of your Team by clicking on the page you'd like to share. Click Share > enter the emails of those you'd like to share it with, choose their permissions (Editor or Viewer), and click Share.
