Deleting

How do I delete a domain?

1. Click the three vertical dots (kebab) on the right hand side of the domain you'd like to delete.

2. Select Remove domain from the dropdown.

3. Confirm that you want to delete the domain on the modal that appears.

Note: you need to delete the subdomains associated with a domain before you can delete the domain.

How do I delete a subdomain?

1. Find the domain containing the subdomain. The subdomain will be specified below it.

2. Click the three vertical dots (kebab) on the right hand side of the subdomain you'd like to delete.

3. Click Delete subdomain from the dropdown.

4. Confirm that you want to delete the subdomain on the modal that appears by clicking Delete.

Note: any Flowcodes or Flowpages using this subdomain will also be deleted. If you restore the subdomain, those Flowcodes and Flowpages will be restored.


Restoring

How do I restore a domain?

1. Find the domain you'd like to restore.

2. Click the green Restore to the right of the domain. It should be in the Action Required state (yellow triangle with a white exclamation point).

3. Confirm that you want to restore the domain on the modal that appears by clicking Confirm.

How do I restore a subdomain?

1. Find the domain containing the subdomain you'd like to restore. The subdomain will be specified below it.

2. Click the green Restore to the right of the subdomain. It should be in the Action Required state (yellow triangle with a white exclamation point).

3. Confirm that you want to restore the subdomain on the modal that appears by clicking Confirm.

Note: if there were Flowcodes or Flowpages that were using this subdomain, they will also be restored.
