Filter Visible Work Orders by Certain Categories Per User.

Determine what work order categories are visible to users on their work order dashboard.

2. Click "Global Settings"

3. Click "Users"

4. Select your user.

5. Scroll to you find Work Orders and select "Filter visible work orders by certain categories".

6. Once clicked, you will see a dropdown appear with "Select Categories"

7. Select the visibile categories you want for the user.

8. Once a category is selected you will see the "Category added."

9. Click "Update"

10. To remove a visible category, go back to the same section and click the red trashcan icon.

11. Click "Remove work order category"

12. After you select a visible category or categories, they user will only be able to see work orders specifically to them and only be able to filter for the specific category or categories.

13. Please note, depending on the user's role in FlowPath, the Work Orders section may appear different please when you try to navigate to the filter visible work orders by certain categories.
