Tip! You can easily customize labels by downloading the CSV export of the equipment or inventory from FlowPath and using this information to create a label. There are many online label generators, but we recommend you to use Avery's label generator.

1. To download a CVS export for equipment or inventory, go into the module and select the download icon

2. Your downloaded CVS will resemble something similar with the relevant information. Ideally more information the better. This example is for equipment.

3. Go to this link from Avery

4. Select what template you want.

5. Select the blank template for easy use.

6. Click 'Import Data'.

7. Click "Start Import/Merge"

8. Click "BROWSE FOR FILE" and select the FlowPath CSV that you downloaded.

9. Click the "If the first row contains your column titles, uncheck this box so they do not print." field to uncheck that box.

10. Click "NEXT"

11. Double-click or drag &drop the information you want to show on the lable.

12. Click "NEXT" once you have selected all information you want on the label.

13. Click "FINISH"

Tip: Tip! You will have access to edit the data at this point to your liking including text size, alignment and fonts.

14. Click QR and Barcodes.

15. Click "Add QR/Barcode"

16. Click "Spreadsheet"

17. Click "NEXT"

18. Click "BROWSE FOR FILE" and select the FlowPath CSV that you downloaded. Same exact step you did in step 8.

19. Click the "If the first row contains your column titles, uncheck this box so they do not print." field. Make sure its unchecked.

20. Click "NEXT"

21. Click "QRCode" on the format.

22. Click "QRCODE ID" and drag & drop that in the barcode text box.

23. QRCODE ID should be in the barcode text box and then click "Update Preview"

24. Click "FINISH"

25. Click "Preview & Print"

26. You will have a preview of what your labels will look like and then you can click "Get PDF to Print" or order from Avery.
